Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to tell about my mobile phone, which I bought in your shop on 3 July 2010 for 111 EUR. I enclose copies of the receipt and guarantee.
Firstly, I want to say that I have big problems during a call. While, speaking I hear a loud noise, which interrupts me speaking.
Secondly, many of buttons seize up. I am not even able to remove the keyboard block, but it is not all. The main problem is that telephone area often disappears.
Thirdly, as I work as a curier, I always must be in touch. I would like to receive a new phone without any defects by post or I am able to visit your shop on monday morning.
